web app UI overhaul and new public website

LearnSpeed is an online business management platform designed for tutoring, counseling, and other session-based companies. It integrates scheduling, online video tutoring, session tracking, invoicing/payments, and more to create a unified workflow. One of the biggest projects during my tenure as Design Director was the app’s first comprehensive UI update. I also designed and developed a new public-facing website to better reflect how the product had grown.

UI Overhaul

LearnSpeed has grown substantially since its inception, and its UI had been occasionally tweaked when new features were released. However, a dated aesthetic and desktop-only layout were holding it back. Over the course of 6 months, I pitched, mocked up, developed, refined, and soft-launched the app’s first total UI overhaul.

WordPress Site

I designed and developed a new public website, taking visual cues from the newly launched UI overhaul. My goal was to showcase the new features and usability of the product. I also worked with our lead developer to refine our messaging and build landing pages for an ad campaign that coincided with the new UI.
